This was supposed to be the first private label Shocker SFT in early 2004, to be released slightly after the preproduction Strange Shockers were unveiled. This marker was commissioned by RATPB / e-paintballoutlet, makers of the extremely popular Rat Impulse from 2002-2004. However, after the CAD renderings were released, the marker was never actually produced. RatPB went out of business in 2006 so it's possible that they simply didn't have the cashflow to commission the batch.
